A truly meaningful day unfolded at Government Middle School, Hinotiya Alam in Bhopal, where students from Classes 6 to 8 participated in an engaging and thought-provoking session on animal welfare.
Together, we explored the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, challenged harmful superstitions, and uncovered the cycle of cruelty that animals often endure. While these concepts were new to many, they resonated deeply, sparking curiosity, heartfelt questions, and a visible shift in understanding.
The SAFE game brought a joyful and interactive element to the session, followed by an art activity. From expressing concern for animals to making powerful pledges to speak out against cruelty, their words were honest, moving, and full of promise.
Sessions like these are a reminder that meaningful change often begins with a single question, the kind that lights a spark and opens hearts.
