The school welcomed thoughtful sessions that helped young learners, from Nursery to Grade 8, connect with animals’ lives and the values of care and safety.
We explored kindness through role-plays, stories, and important conversations, from staying safe around community dogs to the often-hidden cruelty behind circuses, caged animals, and factory farming. What stood out was how naturally empathy flowed, with children sharing personal stories, asking big questions, and truly connecting with the feelings of animals.
Each session ended with heartfelt pledges to be kinder and more aware. Every child reminded us how powerful young voices can be for change.
We're grateful to Shri Bhavan’s Bharti Public School for creating space for such honest conversations, and to every child who made those two days so unforgettable.
