Stories Of Kindness : Where Did the Stars Go?

Jun 06, 2026 @ 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM ONLINE- MS TEAMS

Rise of the Night Guardians to fight the Light Pollution!

We recently hosted our "Stories of Kindness" online workshop, where 27 incredible students joined forces to tackle a dark problem: Light Pollution.

Through our story, we followed Pari, a true night guardian, and the animals to understand how artificial light impacts wildlife. From disrupted migration patterns to confused nocturnal friends, our ecosystem needs a break from the glow.

The good news is that we can take action RIGHT NOW:

  • 1. Turn off outdoor lights when they aren't needed.
  • 2. Point your lights downward so they only illuminate the ground, not the sky.
  • 3. Switch to warm, amber LED bulbs.

Huge shoutout to all the young eco-warriors who attended! Let’s keep working together to bring back the stars and protect our wildlife.
