The area around the school has witnessed repeated instances of animal cruelty, and we knew we had to begin with the future changemakers.
We conducted a session with students from Classes 6 to 9 to help them understand not just why animals deserve compassion, but how they can become protectors in their own neighborhoods.
What stood out was their response; they listened, reflected, and shared their own experiences. The children took a pledge to become the superheroes animals need.
We left with hope, that these young hearts will create ripple effects of kindness in their communities.
