First Aid Workshop (for Strays) at Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC)

Oct 31, 2018 @ 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Room No. 1, SRCC, Guru Tej Bahadur Road, Maurice Nagar New Delhi 110007.

STRAW's third event at SRCC (Sriram College of Commerce, New Delhi) was one that gave tips on First Aid to stray animals that have made this huge and sprawling campus their home. We were happy to see nearly 75 students who attended the event; out of which eight of them volunteered to take it up further, i.e. to go on to get hands-on training with a veterinarian so that they could take good care of cats and dogs both inside the outside the campus, if an emergency situation ever arises. As Diwali was fast approaching, all of students signed the pledge to stay away from crackers, as well.

The best part was that eight students signed up for more informatoin and hands on training at the veterinarian's clinic.
