At the request of the residents of Sukh Sagar Colony, Bhopal, STRAW India conducted a Compassionate Neighbourhood Workshop for children to help them understand how to stay safe around community dogs and treat them with kindness.
The residents wanted their children to grow up with the right knowledge and to replace fear with awareness, and indifference with empathy.
It was a beautifully interactive session where stories, questions, and laughter all came together to build the foundation of co-existence.
