As knowledge partners of Go Sharpener, we had the opportunity to take our Compassionate Classroom workshop to The Global Edge School, Kokapet, and what a heartwarming experience it was.
What we witnessed was more than just curiosity. It was genuine concern and compassion. These children already carried empathy in their hearts, but as they listened to stories of how animals suffer on streets, in captivity, and in the wild, something shifted.
They didn’t just absorb the facts, they responded. Hands went up, questions flowed, and conversations began about how they, even as children, could help. From feeding stray dogs to speaking up against cruelty, their ideas were thoughtful, their intentions sincere. They imagined a world where animals are safe, respected, and loved, and saw themselves as part of that change.
Moments like these remind us that the future truly lies in kind, capable hands.
Thank you to Go Sharpener and to the school for making space for such learning.
Together, we're creating a compassionate world for animals, one child at a time.
