STRAW India was invited to Shin Rock Public School, Bhopal, to conduct its Compassionate Classroom Workshop with students from classes 4th to 9th.
The session opened young minds to the realities of animal suffering like dogs struggling on the streets for food, elephants used for rides, and countless other animals facing silent cruelty.
Students reflected on their role as responsible citizens and discovered how even the smallest acts of kindness can create a brighter, safer world for both humans and animals. Teachers too actively participated, encouraging children to raise their voices and speak up for compassion.
The workshop was filled with curiosity, learning, and hope for nurturing a generation of young guardians ready to stand for animals.
