It was heartening that Bhoomi - The Eco Club, at KIRORIMAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION, Delhi University, New Delhi inaugurated its animal welfare wing, “Paw Scouts” today morning. On this occasion, it was an honor for me to have been invited to give a talk on the topic “Ensuring Animal Welfare” wherein I emphasized on the need to create a #Sustainable #Compassionate #Campus so that the cats and dog and all the other animals on the campus are cared for in terms on food, clean water and medical attention. I also emphasized on the need to create #awareness about the problems faced by #homeless free roaming animals so that it has a ripple effect and more and more people are able to care for them. I wish Manya Jain, Rajashree Pathak, Shivansh Aggarwal and all other members of Paw Scouts, the best of luck in their endeavor to care for #animals on the campus. #animalwelfare #compassion #empathy #university #humane #education
